Maine Farmers’ Market Convention 2013

Overview of the 2013 Event
The 5th Annual Maine Farmers’ Market Convention was a fantastic success! We had a fantastic 5th Convention at Point Lookout in Northport, ME. The sessions were well received and lots of connections were made and strengthened. It was also a year of transition. It was the last MFMC that the Down East Business Alliance hosted. The Maine Federation of Farmers’ Markets is going to take ownership of the event. We are excited to see all that it will become under their leadership!

“This convention has been a great networking event for me. Listening to how other markets operate, what worked and what didn’t/will it work for my market? Discuss with the vendors at a pre-season meeting.” – Jack McAdam
