Did you know that MFFM employs more than 20 Info Booth staffers around the state? These fine folks work the market Info Booth, run SNAP transactions, distribute Maine Harvest Bucks, enroll people in Maine Senior FarmShare, welcome and support shoppers with information, collect and report vendors’ voucher redemption, help fundraise for our food access programs, and help spread the word about the work we do. They also may assist in minor tasks for the market, such as running their frequent shopper program.
We are currently hiring for three Info Booth staff, in Houlton, Brewer, and Camden. All are $18/hr plus a food stipend. There may be more postings as the season starts up!
