Summer Market:
At Bar Harbor’s Eden Farmers’ Market you will find Maine-grown, raised & value-added delights right in downtown Bar Harbor across from the ball field. Stop by to load up your picnic hamper for a day exploring Mount Desert Island. This market offers a variety of products including produce, meats, cheeses, coffee, fresh granola, syrup, & flowers. The market takes place every Sunday, 9:00am-12:00pm from Mother’s Day weekend until the end of October.
Outdoor activity near the market: For a unique experience, check a tide chart & explore Bar Island at low tide. When the tide is out, a gravel bar is exposed that enables easy access to Bar Island, where you will find trails offering views of Bar Harbor, plus wildlife & tidal pools.
