The 2017 Maine Farmers’ Market Convention will be taking place at the Alfond Campus of Kennebec Valley Community College, which is on Rt. 201 in Hinckley, Maine. Simply take the Fairfield exit off I95 (3 miles north of Waterville), then proceed east 6 miles to the KVCC campus. Turn left at the blinking light, then take the driveway that bears left and follow it along the front of the campus, past the stone chapel, and past a large brick academic building. Turn right, and the Center for Science and Agriculture will be ahead to the right, adjacent to the large parking area at the back of the campus. Registration will take place in the Alfond Recreation Center, where there will also be coffee/refreshments, and the exhibit hall.
(Note, KVCC has two campuses. This is not the one that is visible from Interstate 95. The convention is at the Alfond Campus, which is located at the site of the former Hinckley School.)
The Center for Science and Agriculture is building B in the map below, and the Alfond Recreation Center is building D. Enter the campus from Route 201, at the blinking light, and follow Stanley Rd. to the student parking lots.
