Farmers’ Market Conference 2024

“Expanding the Tent”

The 2024 Maine Farmers’ Market Conference

February 6, 2024 – at the Best Western Hotel in Waterville (Feb 7 Snow Date)

The theme for the 2024 conference “Expanding The Tent”,  will emphasize the ways in which Maine Farmers’ Markets are growing to better meet the needs of the communities they serve.  This includes offering more prepared foods for busy families, expanding access to SNAP and other food subsidy programs, partnering with community allies, and extending markets into the winter months.

Our Farmers’ Market Conference is ideal for new and seasoned farmers’ market vendors, market organizers, aspiring vendors or organizers, community partners, and service providers to small businesses and farms.
