The convention is at the Alfond Campus of Kennebec Valley Community College in the village of Hinckley, near Fairfield. The KVCC campus is about 6 miles off Interstate 95 in Fairfield. The town of Fairfield has amenities such as a grocery store, pharmacy, and Meridians (wine, beer, and food), but no places to stay. Waterville, a larger town just a few miles south, has a number of overnight options. Here are just a few:

The Kennebec Valley Community College Alfond Campus is located on Rt. 201 in Fairfield/Hinckley (turn left at the blinking light). The convention will be in the Alfond Recreational Center and the Sustainable Agriculture building, buildings B and D below.
