Friends of Woodfords Corner is a non-profit and proud Maine Street Affiliate with a mission to preserve the diversity and unique history of Woodfords Corner Neighborhood. This market will serve the greater Woodfords community by connecting hundreds of area residents, workers, and visitors to a wide variety of locally produced fresh foods and resources right in the heart of the Corner. The market will be held Thursday afternoons from 3 pm – 7 pm from the first week in June through the first week in October (after Labor Day, market hours will be 2 – 7 pm) and accept SNAP and Maine Harvest Bucks. We are located at Woodfords Congregational Church, in a portion of their parking lot. At our market you will find fresh and quality Maine grown and raised products including, but not limited to, fruit, vegetables, meat, poultry, baked goods, cheeses, herbs, seedlings, eggs, flowers, food trucks, live music, and more. Each week we will spotlight a visiting local program to highlight their work in food access or sustainability programs.
